You have an earned doctorate in an academic field from an accredited institution and substantial evidence of research and scholarly activity at the university level.  You also have demonstrated effective administrative experience in guiding and managing research faculty
JRN10396 Director (Academic)
Reporting to the CEO, you are the Chief Academic Officer of the institute.  You will collaborate with the CEO and the institutional Head in providing the academic vision for the institute and work collaboratively with the faculty and Deans of the departments and the Library on programme development, programme viability, programme outcome, and academic renewal, all within the context of a strong system of shared governance.  You are ultimately responsible for ensuring that teaching and curriculum at the institute meet the highest global academic standards.  You have an earned doctorate in an academic field from an accredited institution and substantial evidence of teaching, research, and scholarly activity at the university level.  You also have demonstrated effective administrative experience at the level of academic Dean or higher at an accredited institution of higher education offering undergraduate and graduate degrees.
JRN10397 Director, Centre for Teaching and Learning and Staff Development
You will lead the Centre for Teaching and Learning. You are highly proficient and have strong experience in teaching methodologies, learning styles, and teaching and learning outcomes and assessment, and cater those skills to academic staff. You are competent to continually identify learning styles and teaching methodologies suitable to technical institutions of higher learning and impart respective skills and knowledge to faculty. You will contribute critically to our institutional goals and have a credible scholarly background. Your team supports staff at any stage of their academic career, and facilitates learning in all aspects of the academic role including learning and teaching, management and leadership in a research intensive institution. You have an earned doctorate in an academic field from an accredited institution and substantial evidence of teaching and scholarly activity at the university level. You also have demonstrated effective administrative experience in developing faculty and in leading teaching and learning division of an institution of institution of higher learning.
JRN10398 Director, International Affairs
You will lead the division of international affairs and report to the CEO. You will be working along with the CEO, the Deans of academic, research, and departments on linking the institute with reputable institutions and research centres in overseas and creating MOUs with them, faculty and student exchanges, international student enrolment, and pursuing all relevant activities and policies in making the institute visibly known internationally. You have an earned doctorate in an academic field from an accredited institution and substantial evidence of teaching and scholarly activity at the university level. You also have demonstrated effective administrative experience in furthering the international affairs of an institution of higher learning. You also have the ability to effectively communicate, negotiate and bargain with the international counterparts in successfully closing the academic business deals.
